I'm afraid my friendly smile sometimes looks like a smirk.
I ahve to constantly remind myself of the same thing, You get tired of answering the same questions almost like there's some type of conspiracy going on outside the shop with people asking the same simple things and you get the feeling that they're just trying to hack you off.
Then again, I have to remind myself that I've pulled some of the same stupid stuff too.
